The assignment focused on assessing the overall effectiveness, sustainability and relevance of REACT as well as the efficiency of adopted implementation process in the intervention areas. As a part of the assignment ITPI carried out a Mid Term Review of the project in August/early September, 2013 and also provided a draft of the Annual review for 2013. The review assessed the overall effectiveness, sustainability, and relevance of REACT challenge fund and as well as the efficiency of adopted implementation processes in the intervention areas.
