The objectives of the assignment were development of a programmatic approach for the scheme, review of the efficacy, awareness and involvement of stakeholders, review of “Implementation of Scheme”, “Capacity Building Exercise for the Stakeholders, and evaluation of Energy Saving Achieved and Report preparation. The tasks performed by ITPI included visit to states and discussion with stakeholders, data collection, analysis of information and assess the impact, and preparation and submission of final impact assessment report.
