The Company intended to enter large-scale solar business in Rajasthan as a part of its future business strategy and investment plans. Hence the company appointed ITP India as its consultant for the preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for a 50 MW concentrating solar power plant in Rajasthan. ITPI carried out the review of solar thermal technology and solar thermal power plant, site selection and assessment, resource analysis, technology selection, solar field and power plant layout, specifications of major power plant components, guidelines for installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance, scheduling, performance modelling, economic assessment of the proposed power plant, and other statutory obligations and clearances.
